Apple TV+ is the streaming home for the classic Peanuts holiday specials. You can watch the ‘Charlie Brown’ Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas specials right now in Apple’s TV app. And on select dates, the specials will be available free with no TV+ subscription required.

Apple TV+ has long been the place to stream Peanuts classics. Apple has the rights to not only the fan-favorite holiday specials, but it’s also created several of its own, such as ‘To Mom (and Dad), with Love.’
For many viewers though, it’s hard to beat the nostalgia-fueled classics. And Apple TV+ has them all, including:
All of these specials can be streamed now on Apple TV+, but only with a subscription.
Like the company has done in past years, though, Apple is making these holiday classics available to non-subscribers too. But only on select dates.
Free holiday viewing on select weekends
To catch your favorite Charlie Brown special at no cost, mark these dates on your calendar then open the Apple TV app when the time comes:
- Halloween: Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20
- Thanksgiving: Saturday, November 23 and Sunday, November 24
- Christmas: Saturday, December 14 and Sunday, December 15
Apple’s TV app is available on all iPhones, iPads, Macs, Vision Pros, as well as Apple TV streaming boxes.
You’ll also find the Apple TV app built into many smart TVs made by companies like Samsung, LG, Vizio, and more.
Apple continues to produce new Peanuts content for its TV+ service, including the recent releases of Camp Snoopy, Welcome Home, Franklin, and One-of-a-Kind Marcie. An Apple TV+ subscription is required to view these original programs.
